It has not only made for a very easy payment system but also greatly simplified our document management. Having a central storage of all our billings makes record keeping extremely effective. As an example we can check previous prices from suppliers or see what spending patterns are like on periodical bills (for example telecoms). The system is a very clean and easy to use audit trail on spending.

Since BillsTrust only takes the funds from our account a few days prior to the due date we maximize cash flow but have the peace of mind that all bills will be paid on time.

We’ve used Xero for a couple of years now and find the integration between our accounting system BillsTrust excellent. We simply fax or upload new bills to BillsTrust and then match the values in Xero Accounting every day or two.

We process approximately 15 bills per month through BillsTrust. The service debits our account directly and we simply reconcile those accounts against the accounts payable records.
