BillsTrust in your pocket.
SnapPay is a new innovation that we've been working on for some months. Now in beta, we look forward to making the iPhone app available for all our clients to view all their unpaid bills and recently paid bills...it's essentially BillsTrust in your pocket. The app also allows our busy clients to snap a photo of their bill and send it to their account without their barcoded sticker.
For people without a BillsTrust account, they can still use SnapPay but assigning payment to their credit card, providing them with some of the convenient benefits of BillsTrust(no data entry, viewing unpaid bills queue & bills paid just before due date)

We've launched a
test drive of our award winning bill management interface.
Initially, BillsTrust helps customers not have to remember paying their bills on time by automating data entry and paying by the due date: however over time, our customers build a valuable digital archive resource of historical data of their spending patterns. The test drive helps them visualise how BillsTrust becomes a tool of cash flow planning and reporting all in the one place.

Australian Anthill Smart 100 most innovative Australian businesses for it's unique approach to bill payments. The recognition is based on the criteria of uniqueness, difference to existing services currently available to likely customers of similar services, as well as word of mouth potential.

Having Separate Account Groups Has Just Become More Attractive.
We've just simplified all our
monthly plans to cater for more account groups per BillsTrust sign in.
Clients using our Personal and Business Plans now have access to 2 account groups at the same low price. We also have a new Ultimate Plan that allow clients to have 4 account groups to allocate payment of their bills for a flexible array of purposes or payment methods. This means clients can keep their personal, business, and investment bills in the one interface at an attractive price.
Thanks for the feedback from many of our terriffic clients who have helped us refine these plans.

Upgraded Accounting Integration for Business.
BillsTrust Accounting Export has now been upgraded to pull all bill payment information out of BillsTrust accounts and into popular business management products such as MYOB, QuickBooks and Xero.
This upgrade simplies life for business owners to the point where they not only have to not think about paying their bills ontime, but also don't have to think about getting their accounts payable information into their accounting systems.

'Snap & Email' Bills with Any Camera Phone.
Clients can now
pay any bill with their camera phone by simply photographing bills (with their personalised barcoded sticker attached) and emailing them to bills [at] billstrust.com.
We're committed to removing the headache of remembering to pay bills by the due date, sending bills with a camera phone is just another fast method which gives our clients the flexibility of getting their bills out of their head space.
To give it a go, just 'Snap & Email' and see your bill appear queued up for payment in your BillsTrust account.

Multiple Accounts Now Available from a Single Sign In.
We've had lots of great feedback from our clients on our service, one of them was that they normally pay bills out of different bank accounts to separate personal, business and investment interests.
We've now added a multiple account feature that allows clients to add more accounts from a single sign in. Just click your "My Account" tab to see a button to add another billstrust account.
The great thing is we're discounting all accounts by 20% if you have two accounts, and by 30% if you have three or more accounts.

BillsTrust is pleased to announce the full release of our bill payment service. New clients can now take advantage of the benefits of a new, hassle free way of paying their bills and outsourcing their accounts payable.
Our pilot program has now closed to new clients, we thank all our participating pilot clients for their contributions.

Feature Update: Cash Flow Management.
We've added a payment delay function to allow unlimited business and individual plan subscribers the ability to manage their cash flow by adding as many days as they wish to the due date of their bills. This means that clients can choose to set a due date to their own payment terms, rather than their biller's terms.
Payment delays can be reset quickly to the original due date, however once set and left, the bills will automatically pay a clients supplier by the new due date.
Business clients will find this invaluable in managing their cash flow if they are waiting lump sum payments from their customers before paying their own bills.

Our bill payment system is in place and has been rigourously tested. We've now invited a number of Australian pilot clients to use the system before we release BillsTrust for general release. Contact us if you'd be interested in knowing more about the pilot program.

BillsTrust Unveils Unique Bill
Payment Service.
BillsTrust is an innovative and secure online Bill Payment web service. Uniquely BillsTrust requires no data entry and can pay any bill, whether handwritten or printed – meaning more obscure bills can be paid that we don't think about like fines, plumbing, garden maintenance, school fees or window cleaning.
The service is designed for businesses and busy individuals that receive large numbers of bills who find it a pain to have to remember paying them all on time by checking everyday when a bill is due to be paid.
Businesses can use BillsTrust as an aid or replacement for their accounts payable function to pay suppliers or anyone - as they simply attach a personalised barcoded sticker as they receive their bills and fax them to us knowing confidently that they don't need to remember to pay them or spend the time paying them by the due date.
